Google Groups: microsoft.public.pocketpc: "This sounds like a similar problem I had before. Not exactly the same but
for me, but while trying to access my wireless router, I entered the wrong
password in my PocketPC IE password dialog. Of course, I chose 'Save My
Password'. So every time I tried to access the router, I would get a '401
Not Authorized' or something like that, with no way to re-enter my
credentials.

Anyways, for a while I couldn't figure out how to get back in. I couldn't
reset the router's password from another machine to match since I didn't
know the incorrect password that I had entered via my PocketPC. The only
way I could get it to work again was to do the following...

instead of doing:
http://theURL.com and getting an error which I couldn't resolve,
I did this:
http://username:passw...@theURL.com

If you have to enter the format as domain\username with the backslash to
separate the username from password, try domain%5Cusername

Of course, that's all in clear text, so reset the password if and after you
get back in.

I'm sure there's a better solution to this problem.
